This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is in need of outside playground equipment and storage. Our school has 2 full day programs and 2 half day programs plus a toddler room. We meet the needs of Colorado Preschool Program, Special needs, and tuition children.

We believe in facilitating learning through play, building relationships, family partnerships, nurturing every child, maintaining safe learning environments, developing character skills, honoring the culture, languages and values of our families, being reflective of the communities in which we live.

My Project

Our project will help keep our outdoors fun, by keeping all of our playground equipment organized and portable! The 2-tier metal cart has a bottom bin that holds up to 25 balls, with 3 baskets on top for smaller items. Plus, a built-in hook on back holds 12 game hoops! Also, we would love to bring our outdoors into our playground with fun log blocks kids can build with!

It is important to carefully organize outside space so the environment will foster children's growth.

If the organization in a preschool outside space is prepared properly the space will promote desirable actions and pride in the children.
