My Students are active, imaginative, Kindergartners who are full of light and love. Our program focuses on storytelling, meaningful work, and the importance of play. Much of our learning is experienced through our head, hands, and heart.
I have 34 Students who spend much of their time freely playing, singing, painting and exploring the natural world.
We are lucky enough to live near nature trails and we spend much of our time hiking and exploring. Our students learn from the teacher's example of how to properly care for your surroundings.
My Project
My students need engaging toys and supplies in our play yard to keep them working together meaningfully. We need resources and games to use natural materials to enliven creative play. We need a Hammock for 2 so that students have a place to balance and get along while hanging outside.
We would like a WonderWave Wave Rocker to fit multiple students together to test their balance.
Proprioception and balance are so important, and we need jumping ropes to play and skip together.
We need adventure gear for our field trips to the park. In the cold months, we take tea to drink to warm ourselves in the snow.
