Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

With these supplies, students who have shown positive appropriate behaviors earn a day of fun. At our elementary our students follow ROARS: Resilient, On time, Accountability, Responsibility and being Safe. When students exhibit these behaviors, they are able to earn a tiger tickets. Each month and quarter there are events that students can participate if they have earned enough tiger tickets. The request for materials is to have games and prizes for the students to earn.

The positive incentive behavior program at our elementary helps enhance students ability to focus, feel welcomed in the building and feel safe and ready to learn!
