My Students

I have an awesome group of 2nd graders! They all have very unique personalities that make our classroom family one that is full of love, laughter, and learning!

My students come from families who support their education but financially struggle to help with classroom needs.

They are busy learners who are motivated to do well! They set goals and work hard to meet them!

They love to help each other out and enjoy being together. They work hard to please me and their families with academic success!

My Project

These headphones will be used daily in my classroom. With these quality headphones I can ensure they will last long and not break or be damaged easily.

If every student has a set of their own headphones, my students will be able to easily meet their weekly goals and take responsibility for their personal items.

At this time, we share headphones. If everyone has their own set we can ensure a clean environment for all students in the classroom.

Students are required to meet a weekly goal of 90 minutes on a district wide computer program. Without working headphones students are not able to listen to what is expected of them in the program. I spend time in my day trouble shooting headphone problems due to them breaking very easily. This time is taken away from small group instruction my students need.
