Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Many of the students seem to be in a somewhat twilight mode since the COVID-19 Pandemic began. This event seems to have affected their mental mode because of social distancing vs. being sociable and way of life as they knew learning through fun activities; the pandemic has put the students/their families in less sociable situations, along with a gloomy picture of sickness/knowledge of fatalities.

Stakeholders must steer them to a positive light of learning through fun technologies that incorporates online learning/a social distance that yet unites them.

My Project

These headphones, wireless mice, and mouse pads will help students stay focused and disciplined, as they work from home. Over 90% of the students live in the neighborhood of the school, but most homes are populated with more than two family members, so these materials will help to allow the students more privacy to better focus on their online studies/assignments, along with giving them a more sophisticated student look, boosting self-esteem. A few student have been diagnosed as ADHD, not able to concentrate very well, so equipment/colors to help with attention will be a plus.
