My Students

Didn't you love to receive mail as a child? My students are truly excited and motivated when they receive TIME for Kids. What a great way to keep up on current events, learn about the world, broaden horizons and strengthen reading skills!

My students are enthusiastic 21st Century kids motivated to know more about the world!

Our school is dated and lacking in materials, but we make the best of what we have every single day. Exposure to the outside world and current events through periodicals is exciting and motivating.

My Project

Using the TIME for Kids magazine to explore the world beyond our small town is crucial, and exposure to far away places, politics and so much more will mold my students to be informed citizens of the world. Following the election this year would be an amazing opportunity for my children to learn the process that only comes around every four years!

Providing real world, motivational text to these children will result in the opportunity for these children, many of whom have never been outside of our small town, or the state to broaden their horizons.
