My Students

Our school welcomes and celebrates children of all different backgrounds and nationalities. We have the most appreciative students. They are eager to learn and grow everyday. Our students are inquirers. Their curiosity drives their own learning and also my instruction. This year I have been blessed with the opportunity to follow my first graders up to second grade!

My students inspire me to be a better teacher.

They are thoughtful, hardworking and kind. These kiddos make me excited for our future.

My Project

Our classroom is our home away from home. My children LOVE to hear stories of adventure and mystery on our magic carpet. We spend so much time together on our rug, that it has begun to show the signs of our love. We are hoping to get a new area rug to replace our current rug that is literally coming apart at the seams. I love that my children say, "Welcome home!" when a student opens the door for another student. Our class really is a family, and we would like to keep our comfy cozy carpet for family share time.
