Our French Horn Needs a Friend.

My students need a french horn so we can complete our sound as an ensemble and provide enough instruments for our students to play.

My Students

Warrior Band students are special because they are dedicated - they spend their time working diligently to accomplish our musical goals. These students spend time before school starts until after the school Day is over perfecting their craft and it shows. We’ve grown and we are in need of new warm ups and instruments so each student will have music to look at and an instrument to play. These students are special because for many of them band is the only time they will travel to hear concerts, or even go out of state. We work on growing as an individual first and a performer second.

My Project

Currently we only have one french horn but two horn players at our school. With our current growth and projected growth we need to add another of this instrument to our program.

Being able to add another French Horn to our ensemble with give us the ability to explore new types of music and balance our sound as a group.

We will be able to play two french horn parts included in most music rather than just one, and this will allow for more growth within our program. This will also allow us to realize the potential of more difficult music with more elaborate parts. We would love to be able to grown in our musicianship!
