Our Distance Learning Needs a Cool Makeover with Cricut~
Help me give my students a Cricut Maker, so I may provide professional looking and personalized Distance Learning content to my middle school scholars!
These are unprecedented times, and never did I imagine that when my students and I said goodbye in March, it would mean that it was our last day in the classroom. However, the year is not over yet and there is a lot of Distance Learning left to do!
These middle school scholars are navigating new ways of learning, and are doing an outstanding job, but the personal connections via online learning are just not the same.
This is especially tough, when the supported teaching platform does not allow for "live" interactions with the teacher, or each other.
My Project
My amazing students have been working incredibly hard on the assignments that I have given them, using the district's learning platform, which does not allow for "Live" teaching opportunities. These scholars would benefit greatly from me having a Cricut Maker, to create both professional looking and personalized materials to "jazz up" the posted content.
These students deserve an end of the year that is personalized in a professional manner, especially since many of these kids will be heading to high school without a proper in-person good bye.
Having the Cricut Maker will help me to create professional looking banners, posters, as well as, small personalized items to commemorate the end of the year.
