My Students

"I'm a dancer, a dancer dances!" Due to reduced funds, our dance classes are more crowded than ever. Imagine being in gym class and having to take turns on the track. Don't let this happen in our dance studios. Help our dancers dance with more boom boxes!

Our incredibly talented, highly motivated students attend the district's Magnet School for the Performing Arts here in California.

If you peeked into our studios, you would see them hard at work preparing numerous pieces for school and district wide concerts, in addition to national and international competitions and community outreach.

My Project

With more resources, our students can spend more time physically engaged in rehearsals and more of their original work will be ready to be featured in our concerts! Ten extra boom boxes means we can rehearse more than one piece at the same time, and less students have to wait to participate. Students could also elect to use the boom boxes for additional rehearsal outside of the classroom, on their own time.

Help our students stay active and engaged, creating the work they so deeply love!

Their love for dance in contagious and we are inspired to support them in every way we can as their instructors. Please don't allow a lack of resources to stand in their way!
