My students are unique, gifted in their own ways, and in need of a champion. I teach around 300 7th grade students a year. My students are a mixture of socioeconomic levels, but with these different levels, come different struggles.
I strive to teach my students, using methods that are both creative and engaging so my students can find their own way to their success.
When learning is engaging to the whole child, students thrive, not just in my classroom, but in life.
My students don't always have the support at home that is needed to be successful in today's competitive learning environments. Teaching them their own power and problem solving skills is the best way for my students to succeed.
My Project
Our classroom is in desperate need of an AirPrint capable color printer and ink. Our classroom has been so blessed to have been granted 1:1 iPads for each student. However, my students can not print from their iPads because we don't have an AirPrint capable printer! Please help me give my students this gift.
My students are amazingly inspired and creative, but it becomes difficult to display and share their creations when they are stuck in digital format.
If you could help us receive this vital supply for our classroom, it would change how my students collaborate and learn. Many of my students do not have access to technology at home, so working in my classroom is their only chance to learn how to be college and career ready in our digital age. Having an AirPrint color printer would be an incredible resource for my students now and in the future. THANK YOU!!!
