We are part of a large Title I preschool that celebrates inclusion. I teach 3 year olds who love to learn and melt my heart everyday. It is my life long goal to see each student succeed to their fullest potential. The work we do in this classroom is building social skills and accessing general education content in different ways.
We celebrate little wins together each day.
The students in my classroom are working on varied skill levels with many acting as role models with their peers.
My Project
Social Emotional skills are an important part of a child's early development. We are a school family, and our classroom is our home. We want to teach our students about cleaning up their toys and materials properly. Teaching them organization skill early on will help them throughout their school career.
Using strategic organization materials will help teach them how to tidy up correctly.
Showing them everything has a place, and making sure each place is labeled properly. Using clear bins also allows the child to see what's inside. These tool will help them gain daily independence.
I would like to help their little minds grow by allowing them to have many different opportunities to learn one concept through a variety of materials. The bins will help give us more organization, and opportunities to add those materials into my classroom.
