My Project
Each year our classrooms each take a different color to distinguish each room from the other. While this helps us identify where each child belongs it also gives us a great opportunity to teach our children about community. Each child will be able to tie-dye a shirt in their classroom color and for special days of the year when we are all together each class wears their classroom color. For example, on our field day, our outside becomes a sea of colors as each class participates in the activities and the children are able to mingle.
