My Students

I teach twenty-six eager, enthusiastic, and inquisitive second graders! Learning is an exciting adventure in my very active classroom. I am trying to come up with lots of ideas and activities that will engage and inspire my students. Our school motto is, "Every child, Everyday...Whatever it takes." It is my desire as a teacher to do whatever it takes create an environment for my students to be the best learners that they can be.

With your help my students will continue to be excited about learning!

My Project

Having access to Osmos and its activities will enhance the classroom environment by creating more diversified learning while continuing our classroom motto of "Learning is more fun when your hands, minds, and imagination are working together."

The Osmo Pizza will teach my students the lost art of counting change.

The Osmo Code Jam will teach the students how to code and design their own music which will help engage those right-brained students yearning to use their creativity. The Osmo Word will be a great supplemental tool to strengthen spelling and phonics skills which are so incredibly valuable in reading comprehension.
