Students at school are excited to learn and have lots of energy to explore. They love to create and are always exploring new learning avenues.
This year, our community has been rattled by Hurricane Harvey but through it all, students and community members have been working together to gain a better understanding of the world around them.
My students have such a passion for learning. By incorporating creative and hands-on materials with strong mentor texts, they will be able to learn through exploration and creation. These kids have such great futures ahead of them!
My Project
These Osmo bases, Osmo games, and STEM supplies will impact my students across the curriculum. The items have a wide variety of uses and will help in math, art, and literacy. The Osmo games will provide access to new styles of learning and will help students to better collaborate with their peers.
This year Hurricane Harvey caused us to have an unconventional start to the school year and we have been working hard to build classroom community and collaboration skills ever since!
The lap desks and cushion seats will help provide collaborative spaces for my learners in which they can move around the room and collaborate with their peers more easily.
