My students love to live life to the fullest. They enjoy interacting with their Regular Education peers and strive to be included. They range from students with significant cognitive delays to students with mild learning difficulties. Their disabilities include autism, other health impairment, and specific learning disabled.
They come to school every day with great attitudes and an infectious desire to learn.
They work hard to reap the benefits that school provides. They inspire all of us to be better students and teachers. Teaching at a Title I school is so rewarding, and the kids make it an extra special place!
My students work very hard to manage challenging behaviors and look forward to incentives that offer them a hands-on learning experience.
We have several of the OSMO kits and they are the most requested reward in our classroom.
They often do not even realize that they are working on math equations or building words while playing games. They start working on earning a new reward as soon as the current session has ended. They love OSMO!
We are also requesting some storage containers made specifically for OSMO. A student suggested it because they want to make sure that it is well cared for. I love how much they appreciate the nice incentives that we have. I know they would be excited to add to our collection.
