This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
"Where are the pencils?" "I lost my scissors." My glue in not in my desk." "Where does our "Fabulous Friday Fun" materials go?" During the day we use many supplies. Many times students are unable to find their supplies that are needed since we don't have a suitable central area for our supplies.
I teach at a wonderful school that is full of great students.
We are a Title I school. We have a high percentage of students who are on the free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch program. I teach reading and social studies to three groups of 4th graders that are at different levels academically.
My Project
The different organizing materials from "Quill" will be used to keep student and classroom supplies organized. When students are able to locate things easily and quickly, the day runs much more smoothly. Being in a portable classroom there is not much storage space, so the carts will be perfect to store our supplies.
Your donations to this project will improve our organization and keep our supplies neatly in an accessible area.
Students will be able to get the supplies that they need and quickly get back on task.
