This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students do their best with me in math class every day. They push themselves to practice new concepts and stretch their minds to learn the 3rd grade curriculum and fill gaps in their knowledge. I would like to organize our math materials and take them out of the cabinets.

The storage containers keep materials and supplies right where students can reach them when needed!

Organizing our math resources will allow students to use manipulatives every day. The plan is to organize the resources in bins and add labels to the bins. This will make it easier for students to use the resources. As a result, there will be better math outcomes for our students.
