Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My fourth and fifth graders are resilient! They are adjusting to virtual learning while a few are attending face-to-face learning. I'd love to provide my students with a well-organized classroom as well as assisting them in achieving their personal reading and writing goals this year. My class is comprised of 50 students from different backgrounds.
The dual-language program is special in so many ways that it gives me the chance to impact all these students with multiple styles of learning.
When they enter my classroom, it's not only my job to prepare them academically, but also to impact them to be well-rounded citizens. I want them to be successful in the classroom and to provide a safe and welcoming environment with your help.
My Project
I want to provide basic materials that are needed in our classroom like 75% alcohol wipes, paper towels, storage bins, and much more in order to make the daily activities easier for my students. The wipes will help us to maintain our learning environment clean between the switching of our classes.
Classroom supplies run out faster than my school can replace them, so having a stocked classroom of basic supplies will provide the necessary tools and resources to support our learning community.
