"Real World Training", that's what students need. My students are learning real life lessons in several career fields. Having the opportunity in high school to investigate, manipulate, and imagine possibilities has been an eye opening experience for both my students and myself.
My students come from several small communities encompassing 70 miles.
They are learning hands on training in high school that will allow them to determine their possible careers and future endeavors. These students are eager to learn and create.
My Project
School safety is in the news. My students and I have decided to create a safe room in case of an emergency. Through class discussions and investigating our building, they have decided that the large janitorial closet would be the best place. So we are asking for things that will help us make our plan a success.
Storage furniture will allow us the necessary space for our safe room.
Other materials will allow us to create labels and maps for our school. Through the help of donors we can create this safe place. This will allow piece of mind in my students.
