My Students

Our students come from very diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. A lot of their parents work multiple jobs to make ends meet, and the students look forward to coming to school for some stability. Students are shared across the grade level, and have many opportunities to learn and grow.

Our sixth grade has about 70 students who have a desire to learn and be better.

With the diversity of our sixth grade, the students are able to teach each other things that the teachers could not even imagine teaching. I am constantly blown away by the way our students are able to interact and support each other.

My Project

Our grade recently received tables instead of desks. The transition has been smooth, other than keeping the students organized. We need a way to have the table tops cleared off.

We need cart organizers to help our students keep their school supplies more organized.

The carts will be placed at the end of the tables so that students have quick access to the materials they need.

As you may know, the more organized a classroom is, the better learning environment it is. We are hoping that with these cart organizers we will be able to facilitate an awesome learning environment.
