Help us keep our classroom organized! The 3rd graders in my classroom come from many diverse backgrounds. This school year, I have 21 students in my class. Currently 1/4 of my students come from Amish backgrounds. Many students in my classroom also come from low-middle income families. There are multiple students that receive language and speech assistance. I am looking to support all of my students in providing Seat Sacks to help keep their books, folders, and school supplies organized.
My Project
I am looking to purchase 26 Seat Sacks for my 3rd Grade classroom chairs. These Seat Sacks will help keep the learning environment clean and organized in the classroom. This school year, the 3rd grade students in our grade level have frequently rotated classroom for differentiated instructions. Students are using their classmates desks throughout the school day. These Seat Sacks would allow for my homeroom students to store their books, folders, and school supplies on the backs of their chairs, rather than on top of their desks. These Seat Sacks would benefit my students and prevent materials and homework from getting lost. It would also allow for more workspace for students on their desks. These organizational Seat Sacks would also increase classroom instruction by decreasing classroom rotation time.
These Seat Sacks will allow students to be more organized and engaged in their classroom work.
Students will be able to keep their desk and classroom environment tidy with the help of these Seat Sacks. Students from other classrooms will be less tempted to mess with items when they are stored behind them in the Seat Sack rather than on top of the desk they are sitting at.
I am constantly looking for ways to improve our classroom learning environment. These Seat Sacks will increase classroom productivity and allow the boys and girls in my classroom to become responsible and productive students.
