I am the intervention teacher. I am in charge of organizing the teaching supplies and materials for seven para-professionals who teach students in small groups in the area that they need-phonological awareness, letters and sounds, phonics, fluency, comprehension and even math. The students come from every grade level, every half hour. The lesson materials need to be organized so that the lessons can be delivered to each of the students in a timely manner. The organizational materials will help the paras keep their lesson materials together in each grade level. When the classroom is organized, it makes the environment to learn more effective.
