My school is in the heart of an urban district where there are a variety of challenges young students have to deal with on a daily basis. However, these students come to school each day ready to face other challenges they may endure during the school hours. It is my hope that I can give them what they need in the classroom setting.
I want each student to come to school each day knowing they will be successful in the work they do.
I work with 30 amazing students that are eager to learn and be successful throughout their schooling. I want them to have what I had growing up, a love for learning and a love for school.
My Project
Throughout the year, teachers and students tend to get disorganized because of the lack of routines set in the beginning of the year. The Erin Condren Plan will help me as a teacher of many students and events, along with many lesson plans, stay extremely organized at home and at school. The book baggies for students will encourage the students to be mindful that they are going to be bringing work home to practice skills they have been taught daily.
Organization is the key to success - teachers and students need to be organized to grow rapidly throughout the school year!
Parents will be able to see what is happening during the school day with their book baggies and will be able to have a routine at home to help their child thrive academically.
I look forward to being able to have all of my notes, lesson planning, events, seating charts, grades, and communication with parents all in one place with the Erin Condren Planner. I also am excited to have my students have their own bags to take care of and be responsible for!
