The students I work with never cease to amaze me with their willingness and eagerness to learn new things. Many of the families are living in poverty, yet the parents do everything they can to be supportive and the students work very hard to achieve their goals.
I love these students for their smiles, determination, and their lessons of selflessness that they teach me on a daily basis.
Their thoughtful acts of picking me a bouquet before school or saving their birthday money to buy me Starbucks create moments that will forever bring joy to my heart.
They deserve the best-which is what I hope to give them (with a little help from you!)
Do you ever feel "at peace" when your environment is de-cluttered and organized? I know I sure do, which is why I would love the opportunity to teach my students how to self-organize their space with these incredible storage carts on wheels. These carts would give the students a "home" for all of their required textbooks, notebooks, readers, and daily school supplies.
The caddies will be an excellent way for the students to own their space and feel confident in themselves as responsible second graders.
Thank you in advance for your help in instilling a life-long skill in these hard-working students!
