This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are 4 year olds. They come to school ready to start building the foundations of their learning. I have a morning and afternoon session, which means I teach 40 students with different interests and abilities. They are eager to explore and learn in many different ways even though many of them don't speak English.

The students make every minute count and they are becoming lifelong learners on the road to reaching their dreams.

Their school day is only 3 hours so they need to get the most of every learning experience I can offer them.

My Project

In our classroom, we have lots of great centers. However, we need a way to organize all our math and fine motor materials.

The storage center will give the students the ability to know where to find math and fine motor materials during center time.

This way they won't miss a single minute of learning. They can go to the storage center and get right to work. Then, they are done they will know exactly where to put their materials and be able to move on to another learning activity. We will not miss a minute of learning with this wonderful addition to our classroom.
