This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Excited, full of life, eager to learn, and curious is how I describe my students. They are so funny, loving, and a joy to be around. Every day is a new experience, and the kids look forward to coming to school. Our school is a high-needs campus. My students come from low-income households. The majority of them receive free lunches.

Regardless of their home lives, the kids are always so happy.

They are filled with enthusiasm which radiates to everyone around them. My kids love learning, and I’m so blessed that I can enjoy the journey with them.

My Project

We move around a lot in the classroom. The students will work on group work and occasionally have to move to another desk, so having their own supply box would be extremely helpful. Having the book bins would be wonderful because the students will keep library books and workbooks in their own book bin.

It would help to increase the student's learning by having a more organized classroom.

The students would move to different groups and take their book bins with them and as they rotate to a different class, they would also carry this with them. It would just make things so much easier and more organized if the students had these wonderful items.
