This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Our Title I school serves students in grades K-8 and provides rigorous academics to allow students to advance and excel as they are our future leaders. I currently teach sixth grade special education. My students all have different learning styles and can benefit from many accommodations and supports. My students come from poor income households and live in foster homes and shelters.
My students are eager learners who are willing to work hard to reach their goals.
They enjoy working together, using technology and have a strong love for learning. My goal is to always inspire my students and provide a strong, positive, and successful learning environment for them to excel and succeed!
My Project
My classroom would greatly benefit from these items. We need a new chair for learning at our kidney table! Also, we would benefit from dry erase markers to use at our dry erase kidney table! We run low on these items all the time.
These supplies will allow organization to be key in my classroom.
We are always cleaning our classroom at the end of each day. By having access to more cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, we will be allowed to keep our classroom clean and tidy! We use microfiber cloths daily to clean our dry erase boards! Your donation to our classroom would be greatly appreciated!
