My Students

My students are from Camden, NJ, and are eager to learn every day they come to school. These children are full of creativity, curiosity, and kindness. Their hearts are full of love and they deserve everything in the world. In our school, we find STEM to be one of the most important aspects to instill into our children, finding them engaged and being builders of their own. It is important that we give our children the opportunity to always be outside-of-the-box thinkers!

My Project

The desks that we were given at our school do not come with any storage for our children. It is hard for all of our students to keep themselves organized with their work and keep track of their things.

As of right now, students are using book bins but they spill over and they lose their things.

With seat pockets, they will be able to keep track of their assignments, workbooks, and belongings. Our students need to learn organization as it will help them in the future with it being a personal skill.
