Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are brilliant and enlightening learners who come from communities with limited resources. Despite the challenges that they face inside and outside of the classroom, my students have a desire to learn and be successful.
Many of the students have come to my classroom eager to learn but have to deal with difficult problems which they should not need to worry about.
Yet, they are still ambitious and yearning to learn. My students come from very rough situations, their living conditions are extremely tough but through it all, they come into my classroom excited and ready to learn. This is the reason why I became a teacher, to impact their daily lives.
With the beginning of the year just around the corner and many of my students’ parents loosing their jobs, it is important that my students have the adequate motivation to make their learning more enjoyable. I am asking for treasure box toys and back seat covers for my students. This will bring happiness to their everyday learning. Thank you
