This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the number of members in our program continue to grow overtime, the space in our rehearsal rooms lessen. Thus the best solution to help alleviate the overcrowding is to efficiently use the leftover space and organize it in a way that would help save as much room as possible. These organizing carts and drawers will help keep our instrument supplies and files tidy, organized, and easy to find while helping conserve floor space. We also are in need of Bass Rosin for our String Bass students. The rosin is needed to keep the bow hairs smooth and even acorss the Bass Strings when playing.

The thing with these materials is that they are not the kind that run out over a period of time after being repeatedly used.

They are the kind that last forever and help improve the atmosphere of our learning environment. I strongly believe that having a nice learning environment makes a different with a child's overall experience at school and surely enough might this difference impact how well they perform in their academic studies.
