My Students

I always like to tell my students that in our classroom they are part of a family. We all bring different things to the table. Some of us are more quiet, where others are loud and outgoing. Some students love sports and learning history and war, where others love math, or science, or reading science fiction novels. All of our interests are different, but we still find common ground and have similarities. We are all able to contribute to make our classroom the best learning environment it can be!

My Project

I have many students who work well by moving around, or standing up while they work. I would like to get this tall table and stools to allow students the option to stand up while they are working.

The purpose of the stools for the table will be for students who would like to do partner work, or collaborate in a group around the table.

I truly believe in helping students figure out how they best learn. This table and chairs will allow students to choose a new work space, and will help to make our classroom feel more like a home!
