This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Our Title 1 school is a school dedicated to meeting the needs of all students. My students come from a variety of backgrounds, each with their own experiences and love of learning. They come in each day with an expectation to learn in a safe and caring environment. My classroom is an inclusive classroom that accommodates the needs of all students.

My Project

In this time of distance learning, my students need an effective way to learn new curriculum. This laptop would help open the world of learning by allowing me to create innovative videos through the use of iMovie. It would give my students, who are primarily English Language Learners, the ability to watch and re-watch videos that will help them assimilate into the classroom with new vocabulary and skills.

In these times where face-to-face interactions are limited, please help fund this project in order to help me virtually reach my students in these difficult times.
