Our students are lucky to be a part of such a school community. Our school celebrates the whole child and encourages a passion for learning and caring. It is a place where students are cared for academically and socially. Books are windows that help us see how others live and enlighten us to a world of discovery. Books also reflect our own lives like mirrors. When we read, we are more aware of the world around us.
My Project
When students visit their school library, they want to feel excited about the books that are available to them. Adding newer books to our collection will assist in opening the minds of students and hold their attention. This in turn, will generate enthusiasm for visiting their school library to discover which new books await them in their library.
Unfortunately, the budget is not always available to purchase newly released or even the most relevant books for our collection.
With your help, we will have the funds to purchase those popular titles, in order to keep students eager to check out even more books.
