Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our 4th grade students at K-8 School in East Boston are kind, disciplined, and ambitious scholars who come from a variety of backgrounds and have a range of skills and needs.
My 4th Grade students are motivated, gracious and highly deserving of additional supports to achieve success.
Students will use Chromebooks to: access email accounts, create documents on Google Drive and utilize Google Classroom where writing can be edited, shared, and published easily. In addition, students can access online math resources, and interactive games. We very much appreciate your investment in our wonderful students!
My Project
An average day in 4th grade at the my school looks like a little something like this....
Eager learners, innovative teachers, inclusive classrooms, and rigorous education for all students including those who are learning English as a second language.
The 4th grade is composed of 4 classrooms of approximately 25 students each. Curriculum is thoughtfully crafted daily by motivated teachers to target the needs of diverse students including English Learners and students with a variety of needs. The programs, adaptations, and supports that Chromebooks can provide open up a world of learning and enrichment opportunities for all students by helping them develop research strategies and the computer literacy skills for the future.
