Help me give my students tablets for those who do not have access to technology at home during this quarantine. This will allow families without access to complete academic learning lessons and be actively engaged online.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
A typical day in my classroom is fun and full of hands-on learning. My students are so eager to learn and love school so much. They get excited about new things and new topics we learn about. With such young learners, they come to school full of energy and ready to learn!
The majority of my students come from a low economic background and live in situations we cannot even begin to think about.
I have students who go back and forth between houses and are even sleeping on the floors. They even are having to share houses with extended family members due to financial reasons. A lot of our families have to work a lot to provide for their families and I want their children to be able to come to school, knowing they are safe and in a nurturing environment. A lot of the students have parents who are even incarcerated and are living in conditions we wouldn't even imagine. I have students who do not have even have the basic needs of socks, clean clothes, and even food. I want my students to come to school and know this is their safe place.
My Project
Many of my students have parents who are not able to work right now and unable to provide technology for their students to continue their education online. In these times, I want to do what I can to assist my families which are in desperate need of resources to access their online learning. These tablets will give my students the opportunity to continue their learning and find some normalcy during this uncertain time.
My district is currently lending Chromebooks to families in need, but these are limited and Pre-Kindergarten is not able to receive them.
I want the best for my students and will continue to do what i can to make this time a good experience for them.
