My Students

I teach at a wonderful Title I school, where the needs are great and my students are severely impacted. Through all the struggles put in front of them, they are still doing their very best to learn while keeping amazing attitudes.

Due to the current pandemic, I am teaching 32 students that do not yet feel safe returning to school.

This means that I am spending the majority of my non-teaching time creating high-interest tasks.

My Project

Gift cards from Teachers Pay Teachers allow me to purchase high-interest interactive activities for my students do complete while learning online. The group of students that I am teaching will remain online until Phase 4 which likely will not occur this year. This means that I am must work diligently to keep their interest. I can do so with the many interactive activities that have been created on TPT.

Since moving online science and social studies has been hard to come by.

Now that I am comfortable in my role as an online teacher, I am ready and eager to reintroduce these two invaluable subjects. I feel it is incredibly important to ensure that students receive a well-rounded education including science and social studies.
