One Teacher, One Student, One Chromebook Can Change the World
Help me give my students a Chromebook to add to our classroom's technology tools. Our goal is to have 1:1 Chromebooks for our class of 27 students.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students inspire me everyday. They face challenges that include learning and emotional disabilities, language and cultural barriers, poverty and turmoil at home. However, they come into the classroom with enthusiasm and determination every day. They treat each other with kindness and respect.
They approach learning with an inquisitive mindset.
Their school has limited technology resources to share among nearly 800 students. Many students only have access to technology through the school or library. Having daily access to technology in the classroom helps to close the achievement gap.
My Project
Reading, writing, math, science, social studies, art, music, the world are at students' fingertips with a Chromebook. The possibilities for creating, sharing and obtaining information are endless when a student is given a tool that engages them. My co-teacher and I guide our students through various learning experiences using Chromebooks as an advanced learning tool.
More powerful than just paper and pencil, a Chromebook gives them the opportunity to display their abilities in different ways and learn information in various formats.
Our goal is simple: one Chromebook for each student, but our dreams are big!!! Give our students the power to be the change!
