My fifth graders are special in so many ways! They are creative, compassionate, and hard working. They are independent thinkers and still have so much to learn from each other. My students have great energy, unique personalities, and a great sense of humor. One moment they are chatty, funny and goofy and the next minute they are quiet, serious and focused. It is a pleasure to work with children this age!
They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn!
I want to do everything I can to create the best learning environment for them.
These purple tractor stools on wheels will make an excellent addition to the flexible seating options already in my classroom. As of right now, we do not have any seats like these. Since the stools swivel and roll, they will help students who need to wiggle and move a bit to help them stay focused.
Student choice is key to success in all areas of learning, even when it comes to choosing the type of seating that will help them learn best.
These stools will be placed at a table in the classroom. On Fridays, students choose a new seating option for the following week. I am confident that these tractor stools will be a popular choice since they help meet students' need to move and to stay focused.
