My Students

For the love of music! Our students have not had access to music or art curriculum outside of the classroom and it is my goal to bring back a music and art program.

Some students excel in academics, some are turned onto education and academics through music, art, theater, sports and other engaging activities.

We are a Title I school and I feel extremely compelled to offer guided opportunities such as music to these precious little minds. The challenge in distance learning is the reason I am seeking this license and access for our students.

My Project

Our students will have the opportunity to explore music and learn new songs. They will learn about different musical instruments and the culture of music in our world. They will learn to sing and perhaps even write music. I even see an opportunity for theater/play.

We will be engaging with our students through this musical avenue and adventure.

This opportunity is critical during our online learning environment and beyond. Our students will have the opportunity to be creative and find success using the activity pages, videos, and listening maps throughout this incredible music course.
