My Students

Our four year old kindergarten (4K) class is located in a diverse and welcoming city in Wisconsin. We have 35 students who are eager to learn, helpful, motivated, kind, curious, supportive of one another, creative, playful and energetic. They benefit from hands-on and child-directed activities to help them reach their learning goals. We spend our days together learning through play and creating our own learning activities. I am incredibly fortunate to spend my days with our school's youngest learners. Thank you!

My Project

The Number and Letter Bots will give our young students many opportunities to work on their fine motor skills, imagination, letter recognition and number recognition skills while playing. These items are so important because they are utilized most by our students who often shy away from academic activities. These academic materials are disguised as toys and are full of learning opportunities. They also offer our students many opportunities to work in pairs and groups and improve their social skills. Our students will be able to use these items during small group activities and during choice time. Thank you for considering!
