My Students

I teach in a large, urban, public school. We are a Title I school and all of our students receive a free breakfast and lunch. Just last year, our district had to make several building changes and closures due to funding, which has not allowed for a lot of advanced planning. My students come to me at many different levels of ability, and many of them are below where they should be for their age. It is very easy for them to give up on a daily basis, but day after day they put their best foot forward.

My Project

Throughout our 7th grade day I use many forms of technology to keep my students engaged in their learning. We have been very fortunate to receive new technology to make our daily lessons interesting, but now we need to get it all together to keep our day rolling along.

Our classroom room needs a multimedia cart to keep our day rolling along.

Instead of stopping and rearranging our technology, we need to roll onto the next task. With a multimedia cart, we would be able to house all of our classroom room technology in one space that would allow us to roll from piece to piece without stopping!
