My Students

I LOVE reading books and allowing my students to be into books is such an important thing to me! Having this new listening center will do just that! If we had this new listening center, my students would not only be able to be in books more, but can have them read to them on tape or CD!

We are a diverse class full of spunky, fun, and loving students!!

They love when I read them books and are the most focused when I am in the middle of reading them a book! They love to have fun and take dancing breaks between our academics! We love to have fun as much as we can!

My Project

Everyday we are able to have station time where my students get to have hands-on learning in small groups. These stations are primarily reading, writing, and ela/phonic concepts. The listening center would be used in these stations every single day! Students will have the opportunity to choose books to have read to them by a tape or CD. This will allow my students to be in more books and continue their learning in how to read books and also how to take care of books!

This donation will make a huge difference for my class.

I wish I could read books all day in my classroom but unfortunately, I cannot! With this new learning center, my students get one more book a day read to them! To me, that is such a blessing for myself and my students!
