My students need 30 headphones with a microphone for video tutorials. My ESOL students need headphones for learning the English language through listening software.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
A typical day for my students involves lots of creativity and problem solving. Students are challenged to create computer graphics, websites, and more. I want to differentiate my instruction to meet the needs of all my students through the use of video tutorials and listening software.
My students are creative, bold, outgoing, and clever.
They make me laugh, and cry, and sometimes surprise me. Our school is in an area with a bad rep, however, you would not know it upon entering our school. The students want to learn, and are eager to help. They know their goals, and we're doing our best to help them reach those goals.
My Project
Differentiation! The use of headphones with our computers will allow students of all different skill sets to work at their own pace or even on different design challenges. I want to create video tutorials for my experts and beginners so that I can multiply myself and work with students virtually. While one student is learning English, another student can be designing graphics or websites - all being taught by me, virtually.
You will help me meet the needs of all my students by giving us the opportunity to learn at our own pace and on different levels of skills.
Students will feel successful, and learn at a higher and more critical level when I am able to provide them with multiple options and access to technology.
