I teach Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and AP Biology to 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students in a rural and low economic high school.

In our high school, I have to share rooms and equipment with two other science teachers. We have this Nova system and lab probes used for experimentation, but we have no place to store the equipment. It is extremely difficult for the students to access all their materials and it is hard to transport equipment between classrooms.

We need a system of organization in order that the Nova systems can be used more frequently. As it is, we have to pack and unpack boxes, probes, and cords. These systems are being used to enhance experimentation and technological skills which will be beneficial to our students as they prepare for their college and/or technical education.

You will make it possible for our students to use their lab probes for experimentation, word processing skills in report writing, and presentation skills in the science classroom. As it is, we cannot access the equipment frequently due to difficulties in storage, organization, and transport of the lab equipment.
