Students need to be active learners!
In order to take ownership of the content they study, students need to interact with others. They need a learning environment that will spark collaboration and teamwork while fostering problem solving and inquiry.
Flexible seating offers an environment for ALL students. The ability to move fosters motivation and engagement while developing 21st century learners. Zenergy ball chairs and dry erase clip whiteboards are a benefit to all students.
My Project
Sitting in rows in a high school classroom only allows for passive learning by students. Desks are clunky and do not foster students working together in groups.
Our students must be active learners!
High School students deserve a physical environment that promotes movement and bolsters engagement and collaboration.
The Zenergy ball chairs provide students with an alternative to regular seating. Many students, especially those with special learning needs, would benefit with these ball chairs as they help support focus and concentration. The dry erase clip whiteboards enable all students to actively participate no matter their seating decision for that day.
