Help me give my students these Samsung Chromebooks so that my students can better their education and creativity, while thriving through this 21st century world of technology.

The beauty of a rose is its blossoming petals and not the thorns. I see my wonderful yet challenging students as roses...beautiful when in bloom. I have a wonderful group of students who love to read, use technology and be creative. My fourth graders come into my classroom very eager and ready to learn something new. I educate students that live in a very rural area, where 70% of my students can not afford to bring in school supplies, yet show up to school happy and ready for their day's journey.
What I love about my students in Moss Point, Mississippi, is that they stand tall like a flamingo, stay sweet like a pineapple and are hungry for knowledge and understanding.
They want to be helpful, needed, and loved. My students are special because they are mine. They believe that they can achieve their goals no matter what, they will succeed because they are all in for their future and their teachers.
Chromebooks are a wonderful classroom tool for learning. The students will see that what they learn in the fourth grade is relevant to their future and the world around them. Students will use the Chromebooks daily. They will use the Chromebooks for reports and presentations in reading, math, and science. Students will also be able to access computer programs in reading, math, and science that will help meet their level of performance task goals.
Having Chromebooks will help my students to be prepared for their bright futures.
With these Chromebooks, the opportunity to provide them with individualized instruction and opportunities to work collaboratively with peers will exist. These Chromebooks will be a first step to inspiring my classes to be life long learners in a world that is a "Tech" world.
