My second graders are representational of the diversity of San Francisco at large.
They speak several languages including: English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, Spanish, Korean and more.
Students also come from diverse family backgrounds. Some are from immigrant families while others are from working class and middle class families around the city of San Francisco. Despite their differences, one thing they all have in common is their love and appreciation for learning. This common denominator is why most families have chosen to attend our school, a school that has a proven history of academic success and rigor.
My Project
Do you remember those nerve-racking visits to the dentist, only to discover that you have cavities? Well, what if you could have prevented that? I want to teach my kids some easy steps to help keep their teeth healthy, their smiles bright and clean. These electric toothbrushes could be the first step to help promote good hygiene for my students. The Sonicare electric toothbrushes will get them excited to brush and help keep cavities away!
The toothbrushes will help promote good hygiene for my students!
They will learn how to take better care of their teeth. Electric toothbrushes will make brushing fun. Trying to instill healthy habits when students are young is the way to go!
