Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Children are amazing, resilient, and loving, especially when they are given a safe and nurturing environment. So many of my students have suffered enormous losses due to the pandemic which is why I want to create a calm and nurturing second home for them.

The materials I am requesting would help to create a warm and welcoming classroom were they will feel safe and loved.

Students spend 7 plus hours with us each day, which is why it is so important to create a space for them to thrive and learn. The new rug would allow them to seat more comfortably on the floor, the lights would create a warm and inviting space, and the new bulletin boards with polka dot borders and globe string lights would bring it all together.

Please consider helping me to create a warm and inviting new year's space for my students.
