My Project

Happy New Year! I am so excited to finish the second half of the school year strong! This project will help me give my students opportunities to have fun while learning how to become a better reader!

This project has lots of new decodables that I know my students will love!

This year I made the shift from leveled readers (level 1, P, etc.) to books that are decodable by skills (CVC, Blends, Etc.), and I am SO happy I did! I see lots of growth and less frustration.

This project will also give my students the opprotunity for hands on learning. There are a few "pop it" small group centers that I know my students will LOVE! There are also some tangible objects by skill that have endless possibilities!
